Welcome to Crossfield Connect Online Service Portal
To enhance efficiency and provide citizens with greater flexibility, the Town of Crossfield introduces the Crossfield Connect Online Portal. This platform connects residents with their municipal accounts anytime, anywhere.
As a property owner or utility account holder you will have access to all your Town of Crossfield accounts. Coming Soon you will also have the option to pay your Utility and Tax accounts online through Crossfield Connect.
PORTAL ACCESS OPTIONS:
Private & Secure Access (Registration & Login Required)
Available to residents, property owners, and accounts receivable customers. Once logged in, you can:
- Access your utility, tax, and accounts receivable records, as well as any licenced pets.
- Access your business licence.
- View and print current or past bills.
You must have an email address registered with the Town of Crossfield before you can access your account.
During registration enter your name exactly how you see it on your utility or tax bill.
The name must be in the format - Last Name, First Name example: John Doe would be entered as DOE, JOHN

Public Access (No Registration Required)
Available to the general public, including realtors and lawyers. This option allows you to:
- Search property details (e.g., roll number, street address, legal description, zoning, lot size, and LINC number).
- View assessed property values in Crossfield (as governed by the Municipal Government Act, Section 300(1)).

Registration is required for Tax Certificate requests. Please email town@crossfieldalberta.com with the following information to register for an Accounts Receivable account.

- Phone Number
- Email Address
