On October 18, 2016 the Hawk’s Landing Area Structure Plan (ASP) received first reading following a Public Hearing prior to the Council meeting.  At that time it was determined that 2 nd and 3 rd reading would be deferred to allow the developer to work on agency comments received regarding the first draft of the ASP.
