Notice of Public Hearing - Bylaw 2017-04 - Land Use Redesignation - 1329 Laut Avenue

Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held regarding Bylaw No. 2017-04 which is an amending bylaw to the Town of Crossfield Land Use Bylaw No. 2011-05 for the Redesignation of Light Industrial (I-1) to Direct Control District 2 (DC-2) legal described at Lot 14, Block 1, Plan 1113727 – 1329 Laut Avenue to accommodate a Medical Marihuana Facility.

Anyone having objections to this proposed redesignation and amendment to the Town of Crossfield Land Use Bylaw No. 2011-05 must submit their objection in writing to:

 Presentations at the Public Hearing are limited to 5 minutes.
